Homemade Bailey’s. That’s my motivation for the week. It’s time to take my soon-to-be-ex-husband’s recipe and make some irish cream. Of course it has to be sugar free so it will fit into my diet as an insulin resistant. I’ll make a lactose free version for a friend, too. And we’ll drink it at my friends’ house at the lake. Can’t wait!
